|Methylene blue, 0.5% in absolute ethanol|
|Glacial acetic acid, 5% in absolute ethanol|
|Lithium carbonate, saturated aqueous|
5µ paraffin sections of neutral buffered formalin fixed tissue are suitable. Other fixatives are usually satisfactory.
