Lissamine Rhodamine B
|
This dye is not in common use, but has been recommended by Lendrum and coworkers as a suitable red dye for the yellowsolve II method for cellular inclusions. The yellowsolve II is derived from Lendrum's phloxine-tartrazine method for inclusions, and lissamine rhodamine B is suggested as a replacement for the phloxine in conjunction with coomassie fast yellow G. |
